We are greeted by a friendly-looking female host, who will later also prepare the Salt and Pepper Prawns recipe.

Host: “Hello, Dr. Chui… the objective of our show is to enjoy healthy and tasty food, meanwhile satisfying our desire for good food.”

Dr. Chui: “Yes. Most people think that tasty and attractive foods are probably unhealthy. Can’t we make them good and stay healthy at the same time?”

Host: “Indeed, a variety of dishes fit the bill, if you find the right way to cook. One of them would be the Salt and Pepper Prawns.”

The end

After preparing the Salt and Pepper Prawns, the host sits down with her guest, Dr. Chui, to taste them.

Host: “Dr. Chui, the Salt and Pepper Prawns today is more strong-flavored. Let’s try together.”

Dr. Chui: ” The prawns taste rich and it is salty enough. It tastes really well. We can reduce salt in our diets and it will still be (tasty) and healthy.”

The core message of the food show seems to be that eating healthy doesn’t need to be dull and one-sided. In fact, this very dish was seemingly meant to demonstrate how delicious-looking food can still be healthy, and on top of that, you don’t need to put a lot of salt into your dishes in order for them to taste good.

If you feel inspired to try out this delicious and healthy recipe, then please feel free to leave a comment afterward on how your version of the dish came out.
