Music therapy has been researched in several clinical areas over the past 40 years, with many studies showing that classical music aids health and has a very positive impact on people’s wellbeing.

According to the American Cancer Society, music therapy is often used in cancer treatment in reducing the pain caused by chemotherapy and effectively relieving depression and anxiety.

Researchers confirm that music therapy has demonstrated a significant therapeutic effect on developmental delay, autism, Down’s syndrome, children with disabilities, or suffering from chronic insomnia, stress, nerve damage or brain degeneration, and other symptoms in adults.

Classical music aids the health and development of children

This type of music helps children in positive development. In addition, several studies in the United States have proved that many brains associated with learning links can be inspired by classical music in early childhood.

In 1998, the state of Florida even passed legislation that requires nurseries to play classical music for half an hour every day.

Studies found that a unique pattern of classical music not only helps children develop cognitive abilities, but also helps them learn math, science, and language as they grow older. Because children are more active, researchers suggest music activities through game playing to strengthen their awareness of music, knowledge of classical music, and elements of different music.
