What, if any, are the drawbacks or benefits of eating eggs? An egg is considered to be one of the most nutritionally complete foods. It is known as the “Complete Protein Model” by nutritionists. For many years, Western nutritionists believed that eating eggs was bad for patients with high cholesterol. But that no longer seems the case, as hen’s eggs are known to be high in cholesterol but it’s a type that doesn’t appear to raise cholesterol levels like foods containing trans fats and saturated fats do.

There are many ways to cook eggs. They can be boiled or fried with vegetables.

Benefits of eating eggs every day

1. Improve memory

Many people may not have heard of a substance called acetylcholine in eggs, which helps to boost our memory. Eating an egg every morning is especially helpful for children to study, improve their concentration, and learn better.

2. Improve immunity

Eating eggs helps to improve immunity. As we age, our body functions gradually degenerate. But if we eat eggs long-term, we can improve our immunity, which makes our body healthier.

For people who are born with a relatively weak physique, eggs are usually used as a tonic, which can improve immunity and supplement the body’s nutrition.

3. Feel full for longer

Eggs are high in fat and protein. If we eat an egg every morning, it can increase our feeling of fullness. The metabolism of eggs is slow. It can achieve sustained energy in the body, so people who eat eggs in the morning are less likely to be hungry.

In addition, studies show that people who eat eggs frequently in the morning have lighter weight and more energy than those who eat eggs infrequently. Those who do not eat eggs are hungrier and sleepier than those who do eat eggs.

For people who want to have a younger-looking appearance, if you can eat an egg a day, it will increase collagen and delay aging.

In summary, there are many benefits of eating eggs every day. However, while eating eggs, we must also pay attention to choosing the right type of cooked eggs. It is best to choose boiled eggs, which can bring health to your body.
