Many people suffer from headaches due to long working hours and stress. Garlic contains ingredients that can stimulate the nerves in the ears and relieve headaches.

Instructions: Wash and peel the garlic, slice it and place it on the auricle (outer part of the ear) like earphones for 10 minutes. This should effectively reduce your headache.

2. Alleviate ear pain

Inflammation inside the ears is painful. Garlic has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects and can treat ear pain.

4. Treat a cough

Many conditions can cause coughing, and a viral infection is one of them. Garlic contains allicin, which has a strong antiviral effect.

Instructions: Peel, wash, and cut into pieces that can fit in the ear. Wait for half an hour before taking it out. This should relieve your cough.

Note: Place on the surface area of the auricle, the part of the ear on the outside of the head.
