1. Individual factors

The company’s active dedication and organizational practices and policies encourage and promote healthy behavior and lifestyle.

Generally, the productivity, performance, health, and well-being of employees, families, and communities can all benefit from a better workplace and health and wellness initiatives. With this in mind, here are some tips on how to create a healthy office environment.
