In part 1, we spoke about the enlightened man Dr. David R. Hawkins’s spectrum of consciousness and what each energy level manifests regarding one’s level of being enlightened. According to his research, a consciousness energy level lower than 200 harms people. However, as conscious beings, we can jump from below 200 to way higher than 200 and be in an enlightened state. This vast energy level surge can even change a person’s entire destiny.

What can people do to boost their consciousness?

Everything in life has its vibrational frequency and energy level, such as books, paintings, architecture, music, food, and so on, and all have their unique energy level. In turn, everything in the environment of a person will have an impact on the level of consciousness of this person.

For instance, the ancient Chinese spoke of “virtuous and elegant music.” They believed that music that focused on morality and noble aspirations had pure energy, which could play a good role for performers and listeners and even cure disease.

Acoustic dynamics: The five tones for the relief of disease

The Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor (Huangdi Neijing), an ancient Chinese medical text, refers to the theory of the five tones of gong, shang, jue, zhi, and yu that correspond to the five organs of the human body for the treatment of disease.

What are these five tones? Thinking corresponds to the spleen (Gong), sorrow/worry to the lungs (Shang), anger to the liver (Jue), joy to the heart (Zhi), and fear/fright to the kidneys (Yu), thus, treating different diseases with the music of different tones. In traditional Chinese characters, the word “药” (medicine) is derived from the word “乐” (happiness) in music, which means that it plays a therapeutic role in music.

British acoustic engineer John Stuart Reid invented an instrument for research in cymatics (also known as acoustic dynamics) and found that different frequencies and energy levels have other effects on water.

We all know that 70 percent of the human body is composed of water, so different sounds will inevitably affect the human body. However, modern science and ancient wisdom seem to have found another common thread.

Meditation and the ancient classics

The above is about using music as an example, but many things are the same. Therefore, if you hope to improve your energy level and obtain happiness, you can try to get in touch with more orthodox, traditional, and beautiful things that help to improve morality. For example, classic masterpieces, classical music, and traditional paintings left by people with an energy level above 500.

In addition, meditation practice is also an effective way. Scientific research shows that after meditating, the human body’s metabolism and blood pressure levels decrease, the heart rate slows down, and the intensity of the brain waves representing calmness increase significantly. That is to say, meditation can make people calm and peaceful.

Chinese traditional culture also emphasizes meditation. For example, according to the ancient Chinese text Zhuangzi, the Yellow Emperor once asked Guangchengzi to learn about longevity. Guangchengzi told the Yellow Emperor that meditation not only can maintain health and prolong life, but also open up wisdom and increase wisdom and become enlightened.

The highest wisdom of the East and West

The orthodox cultivation cultures of the East and the West are the wisdom left by enlightened beings with the highest energy levels. They contain the idea of helping people conform to the way of Heaven, valuing virtue, and doing good deeds.

The enlightened ones use language that people can understand and explain the method of spiritual ascension, enlighten people’s divinity, help people become tolerant, reasonable, kind, joyful, and finally achieve enlightenment. Therefore, if there is any shortcut to increasing your energy level, it may be to listen to the teachings and follow in the footsteps of the enlightened ones.
