Each year, the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) publishes its Global Liveability Rankings, wherein it assesses 173 cities worldwide. The annual index evaluates the cities across five categories: Education, healthcare, stability, infrastructure, and culture and environment. 

With over 70 years of experience with research and analysis of the global landscape, the EIU’s liveability survey is a credible source detailing city profiles and overall lifestyle and environment. 

Top 10 cities to live in 2022 (all ratings are out of 100 possible points)

1. Vienna, Austria
